Excitech launch new software enhancement for the Autodesk Revit Platform
The Excitech Revit Toolkit is a new set of additional utilities developed and published by Excitech to increase benefits from Revit technology.
The first part is a free Coordinate Scheduling tool that should enable users to automatically acquire precise X, Y and Z coordinates from specific Revit objects.
Currently only available for the Revit 2010 platform and 32-bit operating systems, and is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP and Vista. A 64-bit version will follow shortly.
Commenting on the launch, Adrian Atkinson, managing director of Excitech, said: “We have been working with a number of our top Revit clients to identify some of the more time consuming tasks within the design environment and to provide solutions that complement the existing Revit functionality to address these tasks.”
